My experience with MTS Non Emergency Medical Transportation Services was wonderful. They were professional, punctual, personable and efficient, from the initial phone call inquiry, to the wheelchair transport from my home to the airport; and then when I noticed an error on my invoice, they were quick to respond, with the corrections emailed to me within an hour of my contact. I am very impressed with their service.

Thank you so much. The driver was wonderful. My mother was picked up from the restaurant about 4:15 p.m.,(because that's when the reception/luncheon ended). The driver was so patient with Mom, and my mother said she was also impressed how he treated her aide with such respect and dignity. Thank you again for your attention to all the details of the four trips. This meticulous planning made it possible for my 91 year old mother to attend her granddaughter's Bat Mitzvah. My brother and I were also so relieved that we did not have to worry about our mother's transportation and she was transported gently, safely, in competent hands of your expert driver! The cost and planning was well worth the service and enabled my mother to participate in this important, milestone occasion.

Larry and I had a wonderful cruise! We thank you both so much for all you did insuring that we had flawless transportation! The drivers of the white van that picked us up here at home and brought us home were very safe drivers. We found that the first driver was a little quicker and surer of himself. I need to find Transportation to Sibley Hospital early in the morning on 12 June 2011. When I went online, I came across MTS Transportation Inc. My phone inquiry was answered by a very helpful and courteous person and I schedule transportation to Sibley Hospital on 12 June and return trip on the 14 June. The driver assigned to this trip was Smith. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service I received. Going to have surgery is daunting and what a wonderful way to travel to the hospital – in a very clean, neat vehicle professionally operated by a very kind person, Smith. The return trip was equally impressive-how nice to not to have to worry about arriving home safely. I was very pleased and I will absolutely pass on my good experience to others. Thank you for being these to help me with my Transportation needs!

The level of professionalism from each of your employees was exemplary. They were on time; they helped facilitate ingress and egress of passengers safely and efficiently. However, this year's Korean War event truly showed the extent of professionalism and ability your employees' posses to handle such an elderly group and in large numbers quickly and efficiently had exceeded everyone's expectations.
